Picked up a handbag I had at Sparkle which had some jewellery I left in it, but also a £20 note which really cheered me up.
Should really check things when I get home after a trip out. I'll take this as a good omen and quit my slow purge.

I have to admit to being a bit surprised by the purging (and please don't think I am judging). I suppose I think by the time we get to this stage in our lives we have found out that the relief of purging is such a transitory feeling.
Resistance is useless springs to mind.

Hi Becca,
It's hard to explain, but it's not a out and out purge. I just need to get myself centered and stop worrying which I do a lot. Some things need to be cleared out from time to time.
I know I get down at times, but one thing I will keep doing is getting out as long as I can.
I deleted one blog, but this one I want to keep adding to.
I don't make sense at times and this is one of those.
Thank you for your comment and I don't think you are judging.
Look after yourself.
